A few days ago, I bought a brand new MacBook Pro 16 inch for my daily use. It's so exciting to work with it. I use it while charging during the day but should I use like that? Or should I leave it charging at night? How can I protect my Mac's battery life? 💻

My 16” MBP is used for 10 or 12 hours a day on my desk, and only occasionally moves, now that I am working from home. It is therefore connected to power all the time. Your mac has a sophisticated power management software and you should just use it and don’t worry.

You can use the computer while charging, and connecting to the charger overnight is acceptable.
Leave it plugged in when convenient to do so.
