Magic mouse turns off/ disconnects after 1-2 seconds under bootcamp when not used and turns on while shutting down

Hello everybody,

I've installed Windows on my macbook via bootcamp. Everything works fine but my magic mouse work doesn't work properly at all. It only works when I delete the mouse under Windows' bluetooth settings and then add it again. However, it turns off immediately when I stop moving it. The connection is gone and I have to delete the device and add it again. It turns off again after 1-2 seconds when not used and so on.

Interestingly the mouse starts working again after I press the shut down button and windows shuts down. Obviously this is really annoying. Can anybody please help?
