Dark Mode not working

Hi, I recently bought a MacBook pro and the dark mode is not working as you can see in the screenshots. it only darkens the menu bar and the dock also had the same problem on macOS Catalina. Please help

We see you are having some trouble with your MacBook Pro not enabling dark mode. That is an awesome feature and we want to make sure it is working for you. Try testing that issue in safe mode and seeing if the same occurs: How to use safe mode on your Mac. That can help determine if the issue is related to any user settings. If the issue continues try reinstalling macOS: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery.

Hi, I managed to fix it with the help of a community member from Mac rumours using a simple terminal command line.
