Didn’t get a confirmation letter yet

Hi there, I just ordered a new iphone 12 pro 128GB graphite from the website. My order # is W906712105. I didn’t get a confirmation email regarding my payment yet. I checked with my own bank account history and doesn’t show any transaction on it. But I got the email saying that the order gonna be delivered in next 2-3wks.

Could you please check whether my order went through well n correctly? Hope it makes sense.

Your bank card will not be charged until the item ships. At that time Apple will send you an email with anticipated delivery date, and tracking information.

The charge should appear on your bank/Visa card shortly after the notice from Apple that your product has shipped. The time before you receive the item will depend on where you live.

Thanks for your reply. So does it mean that once I get the order item, you gonna charge the item? Is it? And also, I haven’t got the tracking information yet. Once you are ready to send out, are you going to send me the tracking number, etc? Thanks for your help again.

Alright. I really appreciate your help. Another question thou, I didn’t know about this fact that the payment will go through directly once the apple ships the product. By the mean time, I ordered the items using my different cards and cancelled it several times (x3) becoz I thought something is going wrong with my order, my card + payment.

So is it fine to cancel and order with other card payment? Hope it makes sense.
