all of a sudden can not send e mails from I phone xr. Spectrum is e mail provider. All has worked in the past. Spectru. Says apple issue or mobile provider issue. This happened right after apple software upgrade

Have you changed your email password recently?
If you can receive email but not send the settings for the outgoing mail server are wrong or missing. If the account is IMAP just delete it, restart your phone, and add it back. If it is a POP account you need to edit the outgoing (SMTP) settings.
For iOS 13 go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts and tap on the account, then navigate to SMTP settings and verify the user name and password (even if it says “optional” - it really isn’t).
For iOS 14 its Settings/Mail/Accounts.

Cannot send e mails on iPhone XR. Works fine on iPad and laptop. Has worked fine before this current issue.
