watch ECG not working

Has anyone else been having problems with the ecg feature not working after updating to the latest version? This is what my iPhone keeps saying when the watch ECG doesn't work.

ECG App not working with Series 7 watch and iPhone 13 mini The ECG app will not complete setup on iPhone 13 mini. When I click on the ECG app on the Series 7 watch I receive a message that says to complete the setup in in the Health App. When I open the ECG app within the Health app on the iPhone 13 mini there is no ability to complete a setup. I have rebooted both devices; have reset the settings in the iPhone, but nothing solves the issue. All software downloads are current in both devices. Thanks in advance for any help.

ECG not working - iPhone problem Recently I unpaired my S4 watch and restored it from backup. Since the restore I can’t use the ECG feature - the watch app saying “to setup ECG, open the health app on iPhone”. When I go to the health app the ECG is already setup and I have nothing to do with it. Please help.

I don’t get that error message. But since updating to iOS 7 my ecg opens but does nothing.
