IPHONE 12 is disappointed me :((

I bought brand new Iphone 12 this morning. Its batterie going extremely fast (%15 in 20 minutes even I didn"t even use it). And now the screen suddenly got bigger and I cannot use my phone. Its frustrating to wait this phone and experience this bad things :( Please someone help me

Hi Farouk,


it sounds like the accessibility setting for zoom is enabled. Try double tapping the screen with three fingers to zoom out. The setting for zoom is located here if you can navigate on screen Settings > Accessibility > turn Zoom off.


if that doesn’t work and you have a computer with iTunes or Finder (for macOS Catalina+), connect the phone and open iTunes/Finder. In the main window, look for a button callled Configure Accessibility, tap it and turn zoom off with the box for Zoom.


The battery issue is likely due to your new iPhone downloading data from iCloud and then re-indexing. This should last a few hours to a few days, dependent on how much data you have.


once that indexing process is over, battery performance should greatly improve.
