IOS 14 has broken my phone, apps disappearing and constantly crashing

i am so lost with what to do..... I updated my phone to IOS14 when it came out, ive done the newest fix they released by my app icons are constantly disappearing. I can still click on them but they are buggy and crash. Snapchat never works anymore. I am so frustrated because I will restart my phone like 12 times within an afternoon just so I can actually use my phone. every now and then the reboot circle will show up and spin for a minute and then my lockscreen shows up. Im attaching a picture of my homescreen with the apps gone, but just know that there is a full page of apps
