Beyoncé’s Lemonade

Why can’t I access my purchased Beyonce Lemonade film in any of my account? I click within iTunes then it redirects to Apple TV but there is nothing?

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Every time I click on the music video (Lemonade film), I am redirected to the Apple TV app which in turn does nothing. The file is not found there nor does it display within iTunes as a need to redownload. In threads and discussions outside of Apple, it is clear there is an issue with the ownership of Beyonce. Please confirm that although I did purchase the entirely of this album, that you lost the rights to allow me to stream?
