is there any thing i can do to remove the activation lock the owner dont remember it and i have no other options

i need to remove the activation lock....

previous owner needs to figure it out.. if they can't, the phone will be useless. There is no way to bypass this

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

previous owner can look up their Apple ID and/or reset their Apple ID password

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
