sound problem remote desktop

So I've experienced a strange issue when using Microsoft Teams for Mac and going into a Remote Desktop Connection. I find that when doing into RDC connection, some time later, and that the teams programme is running, at some point during the day, the sound and microphone will just stop and cannot work. Meaning I have to completely reboot my Mac to be able to reset Teams to identify the sound and microphone. I'm using a Macbook Pro 2019 16". Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
