HP Colour Laser CP 1515n & Macbook Pro now on Catalina

I have tried everything. Suddenly my MBP won't print to my HP laser printer. Other macs on the same network print no problem. I have deleted the printer, reset all printers, unplugged the printer, re booted the MBP, downloaded drivers. All to no avail. The MBP is communicating with the printer as I can see Ink levels. I chose a document to print, Apple p and the print queue opens. The document shows in the print queue for literally a second then disappears and doesn't print.

I was on Mojave, and am now on Catalina and it has made no difference. I am completely at a loss.

MacBook, macOS 10.14
