New iphone 12 pro black screen and nonresponsive
Just got the new iPhone 12 pro last night, and the screen turned black and became nonresponsive all of sudden while using iCould to download backups.
I've tried:
- force restart (volume up + down + on/off button) - still black screen
- Charge the phone through the night - still black screen
- connected to iTunes to restore/update - still black screen
- Use iTunes on both Macbook and Windows PC - still black screen
I think I've tried all troubleshooting, but nothing works. Feel really upset and frustrated. The only thing I haven't done but will do is to return it.
Hope someone has a solution here : )
