How to connect an HP Envy 6230 printer to a Maxbook Air

Has anyone managed to connect this printer? The only option I get is a tick with Last Printer Used and no option to go to the Add at the end of the list. I have tried connecting the printer via a USB cable but this doesn't work either.

How do I connect a samsung CLP 680ND printer to my mac running Monteray 12.6.2 I'm looking to use a Samsung CLP 680ND toner printer (received from father) to print via my iMac - it's running Monterey 12.6.2. I have no manufacturer disk and have done some searching but am struggling to find a driver for the printer. I've plugged it in via USB as I believe it's not wireless - it's not being auto recognised. I've tried to install drivers relating to 10.15 etc, but can't see anything later. Any ideas please as would be a shame to bin an expensive bit of kit because I can't get it to connect properly.

Printer presets not saving Since upgrading to Ventura, my printer presets are not saving. I already had working printer presets in place before upgrading, such as 2 page B&W from drawer three. Part of the preset works. It will print 2 page B&W, but it doesn't pull specifically from drawer three. I've only noticed a problem in the drawer selection and the scaling options. I tried creating new presets and those didn't work either. I also updated the driver and it didn't correct it. I've read posts from other people will similar issues, but the only responses I see are how to set up a preset. Not knowing how to create a preset is clearly not the issue. It doesn't seem to be printer specific (this happens with my Brother printer and my Canon printer), nor computer specific (this happens with both of my Macs). I had hoped this would be fixed with 13.1, but the problem still exists. Any ideas?

Thanks. I only bought my MacBook Air today, I have never had a Mac before and the printer has me stumped, alongside one or two other things! The article is too techie for me.
