iPhone 12 Pro Activity widget

I tried to add the activity widget to my Home Screen, and it’s gone. Doesn’t show up at all in the menu. What happened to the activity widget?

I had the same issue.

You just need to download the "Fitness" app from App store, then you can add the widget to the screen.

It seems like Apple change the name of the Activity app.
