I think that would be a 2016 model TV. Apple lists supported TV models, and none of those Samsungs are from before 2018. Apple TV app supported TVs and devices - Apple Support
Your model isn’t AirPlay supported either, without additional devices.
To access the Apple TV app on a TV that doesn’t support it by itself, you will need to connect an streaming device, such as the Apple TV box, a Roku, or a Fire TV device.
