Currently I phone 11 pro has smart battery case which extends battery for the day. Which help to people who has problem for unable to charge the phone several times in a day.
Does apple will provide smart battery case for iPhone 12 pro?

If I remember correctly, there wasn’t an “on stage launch” for any of the Smart Batteries. Each of them (that I bought i.e. XS Max & 11Pro Max) just dropped onto the Apple site without fanfare.
How credible is the “site” you read stating that Apple has elected NOT to create a 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max and 12 Mini version of the Smart Battery Case(s)?
