USB-C Power Adaptor genuine check

How do I check if my USB-C Power Adaptor is genuine,

I tried checking with the available serial number on the box on "https://checkcoverage.apple.com/in" but it returns as serial number not valid.

It will say MFI on the packaging.

The general answer is that there is no way to verify that an accessory is a genuine Apple product unless you bought it from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller, because counterfeiters know how to make it look genuine.
