Belkin screen protector warranty sold at Apple Store.

When I bought my Belkin Invisiglass screen protector from the Apple Store, I was told that the warranty covered cracks from drops, scratches, etc. I was able to get a replacement screen the first time it cracked without any issues. Now that my screen protector has cracked a second time, Belkin customer support asked me how it got cracked. I said that the phone was dropped and they claim that this is not covered under the warranty. Has this policy changed? If not, I want to make sure Apple Stores do not mistakenly tell customers that the Belkin warranty will cover screen protectors that crack from dropping the phone.
