I am only using iPhone and when I see anyone holding other phone I just say :

-never hang / hard working machine / sensitive smart touch to let them convert to iPhone.

I only asked service request twice, and only yesterday I need help getting refused.

I am witness in court case and i decided to change passcode to keep data safe until court date, i did numeric password and i am sure of it , i have tried 6 times and i am going to loose the only proof for court, i have backup issue for last 1 year and i failed to re-new my data size because i left my job , If please someone help and safe my life because judge will not believe that i lost all evidence one time, i need only 4 memos from my mobile to survive

Apple cannot help you with a passcode that you have put in your phone. They do care about privacy and do not have a way of seeing or restoring the passcode on your phone. The ONLY way to recover form a forgotten passcode is to restore the phone using a computer but in the process it will erase EVERYTHING on the phone. If the phone and the photos aren't backed up, there is nothing you are going to be able to do to get the information back on the phone. That being said, if you did have your phone using iCloud for your photos, you can always go to iCloud.com and sign in there and be able to see the photos in there as long as you know the passcode for your Apple ID.
