I tried the command where you use your keyboard to start the imac up internally, but my keyboard seems to be disconnected due to the caps lock key not lighting up. What do I do? I can’t do anything external, but is there another way?

Please refer to Mac Startup Screens if you go through all the steps and the computer will still not startup, then you likely have a hardware problem that needs to be addressed by your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. In that case, please contact them and make an appointment.
