Stuck on processing order

I bought a new phone, and my order is supposed to arrive today, but the process bar is stuck on processing.

(Order placed - processing - preparing for shipment - shipped - delivered)

Its been a week, and it hasn't move. Apple hasn't even contacted me about the delay/problem.

are there any fixes? I cant contact apple since i'm in canada.
