creating hotkey or keyboard shortcut to paste specific text phrase

I created a hotkey so I could hit a few keys rather than typing out my email address each time (I am telling people what my email address is when sending from a different application). I now want to edit this hotkey to include a phrase before my email address. I have looked on several forums but I can't figure out how to do it. I am not super tech. savvy, so the simpler the instructions the easier. Thanks!

Thanks for the replies. I did the replace text and works. In the screen shot below, you can see I created an email shortcut with a hotkey. I'm not sure how I did it!
