My Apple Watch doesn't have an add workout option, I removed and reinstall software to ensure it was up to date and it says up to date.

It should be there, start the workout app on your watch and turn the digital crown until you get to the bottom.

I'm aware that it should be there. It doesn't show anywhere in the list and the "other" workout that was at the bottom is now the first workout. I don't know how that happened either
