How do I remove an apple ID that no longer exists under an email that has been closed

I need to remove all emails and ID’s that are related to an email that does not exist and has been closed and removed by the provider. I am in fear that somebody could possibly have this email and the apple ID that goes along with it. I was charged 9.99 today after what I thought was updating my payment card for the two items that I have charged to the card each month. Where can I go to find what this is and get into this apple ID to remove all information connected to the email & ID that doesn’t exist.
