Apple ID lock out

There is an old email attached to my Apple ID account that I cannot access and when I try and change it, it’s using old information like an old credit card and passcodes that I do not have or use anymore. Apple support will be in connect with me via the old email that I don’t use nor have access to. How do I fix this issue?
