The apps on My Apple TV4K on my Sony TV won't open up

How can I get the apps on my Apple TV4K on my Sony TV 2020 to open up? They worked yesterday, but not now.

Unplug the Apple TV 4K from it's power source for about 2-3 minutes and the replug in and retest.
