I can’t sign out of my child’s Apple ID on their iPhone because it says sign out is not available due to restrictions and so I am wondering if I do a Factory Reset if I can get my data such as my photos, messages, and backups back after doing a factory reset. Also, can you do a factory reset if you don’t have a Mac?
Can you borrow a computer or go to an Apple Store to do the reset?
If there are restrictions in Screen Time that are preventing access, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
Can you remove the Screen Time restrictions so you can sign out?
