It appears that your Apple ID is greyed out in FaceTime, and we're glad to help with this.
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support -- Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Check to see if Account Changes is set to Don't Allow. If it is, change it to Allow, then check your Apple ID in FaceTime.
