cant redownload an app from app store as its showing dim cloud icon

i deleted an app accidently in my ipad. now when i want to reinstall the app its icon of "Get" is dimed and can't download the app at all.. i tried downloading it with diffrent app id but its still same. i want to download temple run 2 app which i have purchased before. kindly solve this problem asap.
