iPhones don't support carriers. Carriers are the ones that need to support iPhones.

Why do you think Airtel does not support your iPhone?

Airtel seems to support iPhones fine in India and Africa:

What issue are you having exactly?

What happens when you try to use your sim card exactly?

Hey,

I bought iPhone 12 pro yesterday and was surprised to see the same thing with my Airtel sim not showing range. I did put up jio, Vodafone sim and they were working absolutely fine.

now understanding the situation, iPhone 12 must have been locked with Some bandwidth and we all iPhone 12 users need to wait for some days.

this similar thing happened 2 years ago when IPhone XS was launched and Vodafone sim was not working for 15 days.

I expect this to get resolved soon, probably we would need to wait for an update from iPhone / apple where they might unlock the bandwidth.

Dear Friends and fellows,

I face the same problem with Vodafone, Airtel, When I used to travel from one state to another state, Even If I use Nokia basic model 1100 :) (Actually I used Karbonn basic phone).

So you all have to understand It's the network provider issue.

The simplest solution for this just switch of the mobile and remove the sim. reinsert the sim and switch on it again.

Some times it can be solved by searching network provider manually..

I don't have Apple product yet. But I wish and hope will have one of that sooner. I came here to help the people who facing issues and got confusion whether it's Apple product issue or the network provider issue.

Regards
