Hello! How can I group and save a set of elements I use repeatedly in Final Cut Pro X and transfer them to a new library??

Hello everyone.

New to FCPX. Would really appreciate any tips.

Can I group and save a set of elements I use repeatedly in Final Cut Pro X? Specifically , a series of graphic pages, sound elements and transitions between them at the start and the end of each project?

At the moment I can copy them within a library by duplicating an earlier project and replacing the old video clips with my new ones.

But I am wondering how to transfer my element set from one library to another, without having to carefully reconstruct the combination over and over again.

Help appeciated!

Kind regards

Frances

Without knowing the specifics of the media and content and what you're doing, one method that might work for you is to select the the group and make it into a compound clip. The compound will appear in the project and in the browser and can be copied to another library as needed.
