how can I see the img. number on photos in iCloud?

I take a lot of pictures and videos in my work as a journalist. I travel a lot and sometimes some of the photos and videos, in random order, are uploaded to iCloud before I come home to my PC.

I use iCloud for PC.

I need to catalog my media in folders on my PC, but I get very frustrated when the photos and videos are not in the storage, but already uploaded to iCloud in random order. I cannot tell which is still in the storage (in the memory on the iPhone), and which to download from iCloud as the img. number is not showing anywhere in Photos on iCloud.

Is there a way to see the img. number on iCloud?

iCloud is useless without these numbers showing.
