Adding Health Records from Unsupported Providers

A while back, I recall being able to manually add results to my Health app, but now it seems I cannot. My doctor switched lab test providers to one that doesn't support a connection with Apple Health. Now I have test results in multiple different places, but I'd like to update them to one.

Any recommendations or will I have to build my own tool // master spreadsheet?

Thank you.

Side note: This process did not work, because I'm not able to add an additional blood test result, which is my primary goal.

Hi there ebchaffin,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you need to add some data to your Health app but are running into an issue when doing that. We'll be happy to help.

We saw the page you directed to and it had a couple of resources linked, but we understand those did not help. Just to double check, did you have a chance to try the steps to manually add data, as shown here: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

If you still can't add the lab results, use the following link to reach out: Contact Apple Support.

Take Care!
