No text notifications with IOS 14.1 when phone is locked

I have tried everything recommended from the apple support and other resources and NOTHING has fixed the problem. I am convinced it isn't the users, it is an Apple glitch that needs to be fixed.

I wasn't getting text notifications on my vehicle either...after trying everything I was told. After IOS 14, the text notifications started working again. So come on Apple! People spends lots of money and the devices don't do as they are suppose to. Surely there is someone that can fix it!
