No. It's 32 bit only software and will not run in Catalina.
If you require Office, you can upgrade to Office 365 (subscription) or Office 2019 (one-time cost).
365 comes with Outlook. If you need Outlook and would prefer Office 2019, make sure to purchase the business version. The home version of Office 2019 does not include Outlook.
Once installed, make sure to import your Office 2011 Outlook data before removing the old version.

Office 2011 is a 32 bit app and it will not rin on Catalina which requires apps to be 64 bit. Office 2029 and Office 365 are 64 bit and will run on Catalina.
