My Input sound looks like this before i connect my earphones:
And like this after i connect them:
As you can see, I'm only able to choose the microphone from my earphones after i connect them.

It sounds as though you're wanting to have the ability to use the built-in microphone when you have earphones connected to your Mac. From the photos you provided this is expected behavior when connecting earphones to your device. The Internet Microphone will disappear, and show the external microphone in use, and that's available.
