Change iphones

I just bought iphon 11 less then week and i want to exchange it with iPhone 12 pro .

I know if its within 14 days i can return .Is it correct ?

Can you please give me more information about the process

If you bought it from Apple Store Online, or local Apple Store or Authorized Reseller, then yes you have 14 days to return it.

If you bought it anywhere else, contact the seller and see their return policy.
