I ordered an iPhone 12 pro pacific blue on 16th Oct, the status just changed fro processing to preparing to ship today on 29th Oct, can someone tell me how long it will take from now to get delivered at my address.

Mine took a little longer at around 30 hours. Still expected for the 2nd - which was the first day in the given time window. So I'm pretty happy with that.
I'm in exactly the same boat. Changed status today, also 12 pro blue. I think it orignally said I would get an updated delivery date when it changed to preparing to ship, but now it says new delivery time will be given after it ships.
Either way, never mind. It doesn't matter how impatient we are, it will arrive when it arrives.
I've read some people say it shipped for them within 24 hours. Others have waited days, up to a week. I guess it is impossible to know. Enjoy your new phone when it arrives.
(I'll just keep refreshing order status every 30 seconds :D )
You can track the shipping via the web.
It should arrive in the time frame initially provided by Apple. When it actually ships, Apple will send an email informing you that it has shipped, with an anticipated arrival date, no tracking information.
finally the order has been shipped expected date of arrival 2nd Nov, so it took less than 24 hrs for preparing to ship to shipped status. Can’t wait to have my hands on this device.

Check in the Apple Store (online, likely an app or website where you placed the order). You should see a delivery estimate date.
Yes, it does show a date of 9th Nov when I placed the order, I guess that’s the maximum timeline apple gave for the shipment delivery. So I’m wondering if it can arrive any sooner.

Can it arrive sooner? Yes. But that’s unlikely.
