Pop up regarding iOS 14 beta

Why won’t my iPhone 8 Plus update or show a new update even though it has a pop-up saying “A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 14 Beta.”

I’ve already deleted the beta tried to update it again, still showing up, then reinstalled the iOS 14 beta and it’s still doing it. Can someone please help because it pops up everytime I unlock my phone and it’s really annoying?

this is happening to lots of people tonight.

  • report the issue using the feedback app
  • wait it out and hope that Apple comes up with a fix soon
  • uninstall the beta software. removing the beta profile is not the same thing.

Check Settings > General > About. Most people having this issue are running 14.2
