Apple ID set up

My Ipad pro says "it may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID..."

Can you help me solve this?

Try completely shutting down the device for a few minutes. Then restart and skip setting up the Apple ID. Finish setting up the device and then set up the Apple ID.
