Tiscali email set up on iPad

my tiscali email has stopped working and now my ipad says "Cannot get mail, no password provided to tiscali.co.uk, please go to mail account settings and enter a password"

the provider has not got any issues and i have followed every instruction completely, so not sure why i cant load them. logins and passowrds are all correct but keep getting this message on my iPad. can anyone help please? thanks in advance

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Being able to send and receive email on your iPad is vital, so we can see why you’d want to resolve the issue with Settings prompting you for your password. 


We suggest working through these steps: If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If you still cannot send or receive email, try to access webmail. If you can access it, check to see if your Mail settings are correct: Mail Settings Lookup
