2017 Macbook Pro Battery is stuck like this even when it is not charging.

I have already tried an SMC reset, and my laptops leftside usbc ports do not charge my laptop. If anyone can assist me that would make my day.

2017 MacBook pro battery suddenly won't charge. Hi, my MacBook suddenly shut down, and will now only run when connected to the power source. Battery is at 1% and not charging. Battery life had been fine up to this point, and only has 430 cycles. Is this a battery/hardware issue, or a software problem? Have performed SMC reset, no change.

Macbook Pro indicates that it is charging, but doesn't go up. My 2020 Macbook Pro all of a sudden doesn't charge. It got to a low battery so I plugged it in, and the lighting bolt appeared indicating that it was charging. However, the battery has been stuck on 11%. I have tried restarting my computer, resetting the SMC, using different USB-C cables, and cleaning the USB port, but nothing has worked. Optimized battery charging is already off. The laptop was purchased new and has had no issues up until this point. What do I need to do to fix this?
