Problem Installing Drivers for Dell U3419W Monitor

I can't download and install drivers and firmware updates for a Dell U3818DW monitor that I'm using with a new Macbook Pro 13" 2020. I get error messages saying that the file can't be opened because Apple doesn't recognize the developer or that Apple can't check it for malware. Please help!
