Device was unenrolled from PC, profile removed from phone, phone was restored, and it is still showing IOS 14 Beta pop-up notification

Unenrolled from beta iOS 14 but still getting notification I'm no longer enrolled in the beta-testing program, and I don't have the "profiles" option in my settings anymore because of that, and anytime I go into my settings, it says my software is up to date (iOS 14.2). However, every single time I unlock my phone, this message pops up. How do I get rid of it? For those who can't see the photo, it says "A new iOS update is available. Please update from the iOS 14 beta." I no longer have the beta or any beta software on my phone. The only option on the notification is "Close". No "Remind Me Later" or anything like that.

iOS 14 Beta message on iPhone 8+... "A new iOS update is available. Please update the iOS 14 beta." Every time I unlock I get this message. If I go into/out of the Notification Center, I get this. I have done two things, uninstalled/installed/uninstalled the profile (restarted multiple times), and vowed never doing an Apple Beta again. ;) This has been going on almost two weeks. I know to expect some problems with betas. I would set my iPhone to factory and reload an old backup, but being a bad boy, don't have one newer than when I loaded the first beta. So yes, I brought this on myself. But any fixes for this yet? Skip

ios 13 beta can Hi, I had the IOS 13 beta before it was launched. After the IOS 13 was launched, the beta should have been updated automatically downloaded but that did not happen. When I manually check for an update, it says the phone is up to date. I removed the beta profile, but still no change. I even tried to reset the entire phone without restoring the backup, but when the phone boots, it boots in the beta os version.
