Good evening,
When typing the name of my home town in messages or anywhere, my phone want to autocorrect it to all caps. I have done everything I could find on the internet and it is still doing it. I even tried to make a shortcut in keyboards but it does not work.
Ps. It has done this on my new (iPhone 12) and old (iPhone 7) Phone!
Help please!!!

We recommend to reset the keyboard dictionary on your iPhone. From there, you can test and see if you continue to experience the same behavior. To reset the keyboard dictionary, please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
