No Password suggestion with new 12pro

My new iPhone does not suggest passwords when making new accounts on apps or sites. Auto fill in works fine with existing accounts.

Turn on iCloud Keychain on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Tap Settings, tap [your name], then choose iCloud.
Tap Keychain.*
Slide to turn on iCloud Keychain. You might be asked for your passcode or Apple ID password.

Thanks, all the settings are correct. The key chain is on, it is automatically filled in but when I visit new sites for an account my device is not suggesting strong passwords anymore. Maybe something went wrong last week when installing my new phone from the old XS Max
