I just play my library. I have not setup a play list. This started happening when I downloaded a software update and I cannot get it to stop

Sure, I can click "Clear" but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have to do this in the past 2 years WHY? So that I can convert over to Apple Music? Apple, please stop harassing us...
I hit CLEAR and lost my whole album. Maybe because I don’t have a subscription to apple music??
