The screen automticly turns off during calls.

I like playing games with a call on speaker.The problem is that ,while I’m doing that, I accidentally rest my finger near the proximity sensor and the screen closes. Is there any way to turn off this ,,feature”?

Bad Proximity Sensor I have a first generation SE. When I’m on a call holding the phone to my cheek, the screen doesn’t go black and I end up hitting random keys or the mute button. I have tried every type of reset, cleaned the screen, etc. but the proximity sensor doesn’t work. I’ll have to get rid of the phone if I can’t fix this. It’s no longer under warranty. Is the only fix to get the screen replaced?

Iphone, accidentally ending call when I pick up phone I keep my phone in my jeans pocket with the home button aligned with my thumb (at top of phone facing towards hip). When the phone rings, i often accidentally end the call by pressing the home button with my thumb. This is really annoying. Is there a setting on the phone which can be used to stop this behaviour? Thanks.

No. You just need to not rest your finger near the sensor.
