I need to upload photos of required documents to an online application in the Motor Vehicle Dept. to expedite a license renewal & avoid an in person office visit. I haven't done this before (uploaded documents). What are the steps to uploading docs to a website online application? The photos of the docs are from my iPhone & are in my Mac's Photo file. I have no special photo apps like Dropbox or Google Photos.

It depends on the website application.
Normally they will have a button to add an image, then provide a browser to select the image on your mac. If so, in the browser left hand bar, scroll down to the media section. Click photos and they should all be there.

Just for clarification - the screenshot is not of the website. When you initiate (on the website) the selection of a photo or photos, a finder style browser should pop up allowing you to choose the image.
Screenshot is from the bottom of the left sidebar of that browser.
TonyCollinet: I won't know if your suggestion will work until I check the website again. I will let you know, but if I recall, I didn't see anything like a media image to help me advance my photos .... ???
